How do I track my Order?  We ship daily with Australia Post for domestic and international orders. Your can use the Tracking Number on your Invoice and go to the Australia Post website to request an update. Alternatively you can drop us an email at and we would be glad to provide an ETA for you.

How long does it take to Ship? We pick orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. We also ship daily and domestic orders take between 2-3 days for Australia Post to deliver. International orders take longer, approximately 10-14 days depending upon the delivery destination.

Can I change My Order after it’s processed? If we haven’t shipped your order and notification has not been issued, we are very happy to swap out products.

How do I Swap Goods after receipt? Once an order has been received and if you decide for personal reasons that you don’t want it or would like to exchange it, we are happy to oblige of course. We would ask that you repack the item and return to our offices at;

How do I Pay for my Order? Bluey Merino accepts many forms of payment including PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Direct to Account or even good old Cash. Just select your payment choice when Checking Out from the Shopping Cart.

What happens if I pick the wrong size? At Bluey Merino we recognise no two-body shapes are exactly the same. We want you to be 100% happy with your products so will happily exchange or refund products No Risk.  Just return the product in its packaging with your invoice to our offices at;

My Order never arrived? Call us immediately on 1300 761 450 if you order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your shipping notification.

What do I do if I have a Complaint? We are apologetic if you have a complaint. We won’t shy away from it so are very happy to field your complaint and will doing everything to resolve it to your liking.
